Oppo Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro are the world’s first smartwatches based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 single-chip system. Their official premiere took place on August 10and today sales started in China.
Oppo Watch 3 hardware platform is represented by two SoCs: Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 is Apollo 4 Plus, which is used to perform tasks that do not require a lot of computing power. The amount of RAM was 1 GB, built-in flash memory – 32 GB.
The Oppo Watch 3 is equipped with a 1.75-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 372 x 430 pixels. The thickness and weight of this model is 11.65 mm and 31.9 grams. Oppo Watch 3 Pro is equipped with a screen with a diagonal of 1.91 inches and a resolution of 378 x 496 pixels, the thickness of the case and the weight of this model is 12.75 mm and 37 grams.
Oppo Watch 3 received a 400 mAh battery, autonomy in active mode is 4 days. oppo Watch 3 Pro has a 550 mAh battery that provides 5 days of autonomy (or up to 15 days in power saving mode).
Oppo Watch 3 is equipped with heart rate and SpO2 sensors, GPS receivers, NFC chips, as well as eSIM, Bluetooth 5.0. There is 5ATM water resistance, ColorOS Watch 5 acts as the firmware. There are hundreds of sports modes, but ECG registration is only in the Pro version.
